Easy Vegetable Soup

It's super easy and simple.  And so quick, and yummy, it always hits the spot!  Ready, set, go! It's done in 30 minutes, unless you want to simmer it while the biscuits bake?
I start with quick cooking chicken or hamburger in a bit of oil, in my soup pot if I  want meat, mixed with a bit of onion to soften...Then I grab a bag of frozen Mixed Vegetables, ( I like to keep a bigger bag to last a while), a can of stewed tomatoes , and salt and pepper,  and minced (I keep a jar handy) and powdered garlic, coordinating bullion, a tsp. or so, and sometimes some bigger onion pieces.  Put some water in your pot, approximating how much soup you want, add veggies to about a third or half of your water, add the entire can of stewed tomatoes,  and seasonings, and simmer for a little while, it doesn't take long..   I add any kind of noodles I feel like I want this time, or not, about 15 to 20 minutes before it's time to eat,,,, and that is it.  I switch out the veggies for bigger chunks , the Mediterranean Blend or the like, if I want a different chewing experience..   Yum..... now to find my baking powder biscuit recipe..

Homemade Washi Tape!

I have been nursing a fascination with Washi tape. I didn't have any, so haven't made cards with this fascinating stuff. So pretty, as you can tell from this picture I just took of these, that I just made myself!
For this batch, I used the Xyron, 1 1/2" create-a-sticker machine, what do you think? I think they look FABULOUS!!! And the best thing is, Maybe you don't know I make wonderful, usually Stampin Up based cards, and things, and over the years, I have amassed quite a collection of scrap designer papers, and I got to use a bunch of it up, right here, in this pile of Washi Tape!  Yay!!!
I still haven't used my adhesive refill yet, on this machine, but I also have a 5" Xyron Creative Station that I can put a 5' wide piece of paper in, that does the same thing, just applies a repositional, or permanent glue, so I can use this wonderful stuff on whatever my imagination comes up with. Journal decorations, was my first slightly simple application, and on my Pinterest Washi Tape board, I found a couple of card projects to use it on. So. What do you use your Washi Tape for?

Soap update

Hello again!  I checked my jug of soap today, it's been in the bathroom cupboard for about a year now,  and guess what?  It looks like creamy soap, it pours kind of gloppy, you know, as you're pouring, a kind of thin stream heads toward your waiting receptacle,  then, a thicker glop starts following that, and then it's thinner again, whoops, thicker? I imagine you get the picture.  I'm still unwilling to use it in my hair, but it was fine as a body wash, even with no scent yet. That is easily remedied. I have been doing quite a bit with my DoTERRA  essential oils, more to come on that subject. Wow. This world feels a lot different now, doesn't it?
